*INSTRUCTIONS FOR REMOTE SESSIONS*
*Remote Reiki is a unique experience, and I like to have as comfortable an environment for you as possible! Easily accessible, and easy to prepare for! In the safety and privacy of your own home!
*Before the session, I ask that you specify your exact location at the time of the session, the areas of healing you would like me to focus on and send me a picture of yourself corresponding to the area of healing in question. If you'd like a full-body scan, however, I would like to have a full-length picture.
*You can send these pictures via email, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Messenger, or I can text you-just provide me your cell phone number.
*If you would like a video experience, we can use Facetime, Instagram Video, Facebook Messenger Video, Google Meet, or Zoom!
*WHAT YOU MAY FEEL DURING A SESSION*
*You may feel some sensations, like tingling, pins and needles, twitching, or you may feel nothing at all! Everyone's experience will be different. After the session, we can discuss our experiences, if you'd like!
*AFTER CARE*
*The next three days are crucial to the healing process. This is the time when Reiki will most assimilate and integrate into your body's energy system. Drink plenty of water to flush out toxins and cortisol (the stress hormone). Emotions may begin to bubble up to the surface, as well. Keep a journal available to objectively look at the emotions, process them , then release them. Meditiation is a great tool for after care to help process emotions and help the assimilation process along most effectively. (I can offer meditations, if you'd like)! I will follow-up after three days to ask if you have noticed any positive subtle or strong shifts. I will also do a follow-up Chakra analysis. At this point, we can decide together what next steps in your treatment will be!
